The Great Woods

Today I went for a hike in Great Woods. It was a great day for listening to songbirds and, at several points along my hike I startled a pair of morning doves from their perch. It was a beautiful day for a walk and the sun shone down in glittering rays upon the forest floor. I stopped to take several pictures along my trek, but unfortunately I could not capture any of the multitude of birds that I encountered on camera. Most of my pictures are posted below but some of them, especially the scenic ones, do not accurately depict the sites that I saw.
